ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE OPENED VIA MAIL COMMUNICATIONS ( WITH SOLZSTER.COM. aims for a fast dispute solution process and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please send a video to

b.  The product need to be returned to (address can be requested via if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes. This is dependent on the situation and will be at the purchaser’s expense.

c. For damaged packing boxes, cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services in instances of long-distant international delivery. For ordinary products, clients shall complain or open a dispute with you within 3 days after packages are delivered. For electronic products, clients shall complain or open a dispute to you within 7 days after packages are delivered. For service products, will refund you the cost of the product which is the price as agreed in the initial service offering, and not at the market rate where the service gets delivered.

d. Please be aware that our logistics partners can take between 15 to 22 working days to deliver your goods, depending on your global location and ease-of-logistics. This timeline however will only start when full payment has been confirmed by the team.

e. Also note that orders cannot be cancelled if our supply partners have already processed your request, so please check with us via before cancelling your order after you have completed a payment.

f. will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office (if applicable) with official seal is necessary. We are also not liable for delivery and tracking reporting on our partners inability to deliver due to: (i) Incorrect/insufficient address details, (ii) No such number as specified for delivery, (iii) Unknown recipient, (iv) Refused acceptance of delivery, (v) Do not pick up in time or when contacted, (vi) No safe delivery location, (vii) Uncleared customs (if applicable), (viii) Others.

g. has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched via our partners. will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows: (i) For incorrect products, offers a full refund or replacement, (ii) For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your complaint including name, content and date, (iii) For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, may refund partially or resend the missing part, and might resend the product only for parts missing which affect product function. Note however that in each of these cases, the customer is liable for sending the complaint product in-question.

h. shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to: (i) The buyer does not like it, (ii) The product description is not real, (iii) Products smell unusual, (iv) The purchaser ordered the wrong items or SKU, (v) The shipping address was provided incorrectly, (vi) Product difference was negotiated in advance, (vii) tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices, (viii) Other.
